The Gujarat International Fin-Tech City (GIFT) in Gujarat is a prestigious project of the Gujarat government for providing high quality living and working environments and to give impetus to finance based IT enabled service sector. A master plan and architecture drawings have been produced and it is envisaged that developers with various skill sets would come forward to develop this. An automated building plan approval system is being envisaged for this project. SoftTech Engineers Pvt. Ltd. along with GUDC has agreed to associate for preparing an Auto-DCR Program for the GIFT Project. Alchemy’s specific role involves a wide range of tasks from framing/interpreting Development Control Rules with respect GIFT Project to facilitate the creation of a customized software package. |
