The Kolkata Urban Services for the Poor (KUSP) program was launched in 2003 and supported by the Department for International Development (DFID), to bring about a sustainable improvement in the quality of life of the urban poor. The project area covers all 41 local bodies within the Kolkata Metropolitan Area except the Kolkata Municipal Corporation. Alchemy was part of a team that carried out a mid-term review of the program. Our specific task was to review the draft development plans. |
